COE Dean To meet the challenges of the present millennium, the College of Engineering is committed to provide quality and excellent instruction with the knowledge and skills to meet the technological and professional needs of society. It is also tasked to produce responsible leaders, socially aware and globally competitive professional engineers using updated curricula in science and research.

Its objectives are:

1. To provide the students with relevant and excellent instructions preparing them to be responsive leaders to meet the demand of technological and professional fields locally and internationally.
2. To instill in students the sense of professional responsibility, social awareness and update his competence in his own field of specialization; and
3. To provide quality and excellent computer based learning instruction to enable the students with adequate and appropriate skills to have not only the practical application of knowledge in science, technology and research but also to contribute and continuously re-examine the solutions to problems of technological and professional fields of specialization.
